Boxes Edson Wins More Business from Baco Consumer Products

Boxes Edson - a division of the £50m turnover Boxes Group - is supplying wrap-around cartons for the innovative Baco Tub-its food storage containers from Baco Consumer Products Ltd. Most famous for the BacoFoil brand, Baco Consumer Products is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of food preparation and storage solutions.

The Baco Tub-its wrap-around was designed by Boxes Edson for maximum shelf impact and is made from 450 micron recycled board, printed in five colours, with a high gloss varnish.

Boxes Edson Business Development Manager, Chris Fuller, said: "This project gave us the opportunity to be creative in our design and provide a solution for a project that had considered a number of packaging mediums. We believe we produced a concept that as well as looking great on the shelf, has provided Baco with a print area large enough to effectively promote the product."

Baco Tub-its, available in two sizes of 600ml and 1300ml, are reuseable but disposable polypropylene food storage containers suitable for the microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
