The Boxes Group has
appointed Lucy Rose to head up a new initiative to raise customer awareness of the
Companys six manufacturing plants as a single operation offering a complementary
range of packaging products.
Lucy, who is based at the Groups Ditone Labels division near Kimbolton,
Cambridgeshire, said: "Boxes six plants are highly regarded throughout the
packaging industry for their separate specialist expertise and I am looking forward to
further developing our potential business by promoting the Group as a single operation
where all the customers packaging needs can be met."
Group resources include award winning design studios, full reprographics facilities,
complex carton manufacturing, innovative label technology and in-line screen printing.
Ditone Labels Managing Director, David Stevenson, said "Lucys appointment
enables us to further concentrate on letting people know the wide range of complementary
packaging that The Boxes Group produces and that we are a real alternative."

 The
Group was established in 1928, employs more than 500 people and has a turnover of over
£35m. The Company serves many industries but typically includes pharmaceutical,
confectionery, food, household, cosmetics, toiletries, automotive and glassware.
Parent company, the 513m euro turnover Clondalkin Group, operates across the US and
Europe with over 50 subsidiaries. More than 3,500 people are employed by Clondalkin.
