Ditone will be at the EasyFairs Packaging Innovations Exhibition 2005

Ditone - Europe's most progressive label manufacturer will be exhibiting at the show at the NEC 13th -14th April on stand 290.

On display for the first time will be an exciting range of the latest labelling solutions to meet the increasing demand for legislative and product information, often in many languages.

Multi-page solutions, such as Ditone’s Extensia leaflet label and the Company’s innovative Peel & Reveal label technology, will be of high interest in particular to manufacturers and exporters in the cosmetics, toiletries, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

Ditone’s Extensia leaflet label can be produced in a variety of sizes and concertina folds to carry a large amount of user information in a small space. The label can be tailored to fit each customer’s requirements and can be printed with multiple colours. The design allows for one-off opening for ‘coupon’ style promotions or their multiple reseal version that can be re-closed again and again.

The flexibility of the Extensia range is further shown by the inclusion of an URN (Unique Reference Number) to each individual label and multiple variants on each label reel.

The Peel & Reveal label from Ditone, also to be exhibited, allows manufacturers to carry more information within a limited space too and can be produced to The Pharmaceutical Code of Practice Standard. The labels can be sequentially numbered if required, to ensure control of the product through the production process. The label opens and reseals and has been shown to keep its performance for up to four years in ‘age-testing.’

Also on show will be Ditone’s highly successful printing of sachet laminate which has been enhanced even further with the introduction of under-surface printing for additional security and protection. Ditone MD, David Stevenson, said: “A recent new customer couldn’t believe the quality we had achieved and their smile broadened even wider when they discovered our origination costs were one tenth of those quoted by gravure and we delivered in ten days!”
